The apartment is on two levels and is composed as follows: on the ground floor we are welcomed by a large living room with a comfortable sofa and TV corner, fireplace, well-equipped open kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which has a third bed ( total 5 places), bathroom with shower. From the living area we access an internal courtyard, equipped for breakfasts or aperitifs, where we find a second bathroom with shower, and from which we access, via an external staircase, the splendid terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large gazebo and lounge to enjoy moments of relaxation, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. A comfortable and spacious garage (located in the rear street a few meters away) is also available to guests. Ideal solution for couples with children. Pets allowed. N.b. on request it is possible to add a sixth place, with an increase of €70 per week.
